  • It’s no secret that chef/owner, and global social justice advocate, José Andrés, is dedicated to perpetuating the storied culture of Puerto Rico. This year, Andrés is back to host a dozen chefs originally hailing from the island of enchantment to serve up a Taste of Puerto Rico with mouthwatering bites of bacalaito, mofongo, tostones, lechón, and more!
  • Our fan-favorite tacos and tequila fiesta is back! Chef Michael Symon presides over this flavorful Tacos After Dark extravaganza while you sample over a dozen of America’s best tacos -using succulent lechon, tender pollo and flavorful carne- created by an all-star cast of tastemakers! Savory, sweet, spicy and more - we have tacos for all!
  • Spend the night dancing, sipping and sampling at Goya Foods' Swine & Wine. South Florida darling Eileen Andrade, the talented chef behind West Kendall’s popular Finka Table + Tap restaurant, and Goya Executive Chef Fernando Desa, will lead the way as you nosh on samplings of crispy and succulent swine-centric preparations.

The Festival - in association with the Jamaica Tourist Board and the Jamaican Gastronomy Network - has tapped South Florida’s pioneers of Caribbean cuisine Cindy Hutson and her partner Delius Shirley to round up some of the best chefs to dish up flavorful bites at Taste Jamaica. This dynamic duo will make sure everything is more than alright at this evening soirée paying homage to the classic and new flavors of the island - 'beyond jerk!' This amped up affair will make all worries fade away as you sip the night away and jam out to the beats thrown down by DJ Irie.

Rediscover an appreciation for a melding of Mexican and Latin flavors, perfectly paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio, as six powerhouse chefs elevate Latin flavors to new heights!

  • The king of high-end Mexican cuisine in Miami, Executive Chef Santiago Gomez, escapes the busy kitchens of Cantina La Veinte and Tacology for one night only to to team up with Executive Chef Scott Linquist, the mind behind Coyo Taco and Tequila Bar. Topping off the talent at this Latin-inspired dinner are chef/owner Mitsuharu ‘Micha’ Tsumura, whose restaurant Maido in Lima was crowned the Best Restaurant in Latin America in 2017, and award-winning chef/owner Carlos Garcia, who also holds a coveted spot on the Latin America World's 50 Best List.
  • Mexico comes to the Magic City as Aarón Sánchez, award-winning chef/owner of the New Orleans and Baltimore-based taqueria, Johnny Sánchez, joins forces with critically-acclaimed chef, global restaurateur with over 45 concepts, and author Richard Sandoval. Sánchez bridges traditional Mexican food with a cutting-edge modern approach to food and Sandoval combines authentic Latin ingredients with international flavors to create new and unexpected Mexican-fusion in an inventive dinner, part of The NYT Cooking Dinner Series.
