  • World-renowned Lo Scoglio's Executive Chef Tommaso De Simone, joins Dolce Italian’s own Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato as they serve up an unforgettable Italian dining experience. Indulge as De Simone’s bold Amalfi flair intertwines with Dorigato’s Northern Italian flavors, joined by perfectly paired with wines from the Mionetto USA portfolio at Dinner hosted by Tommaso De Simone and Paolo Dorigato.
  • Chef Matthew Accarrino, of Michelin-starred SPQR in San Francisco, CA, is joined by Chef Ryan Hardy, of New York City hotspots Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones, and Chef Evan Funke, the mind behind the James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Restaurant of the Year, Felix Trattoria. This talented trio brings their signature style to The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour for Dinner hosted by Matthew Accarrino, Evan Funke and Ryan Hardy.
  • James Beard Award-winning Chef Fabio Trabocchi is bringing his Michelin-starred flagship concept Fiola to Coral Gables. He is opening his kitchen to television personality and James Beard Award-winning Chef Rocco DiSpirito. Together, they will create an unparalleled dinner experience at Dinner hosted by Rocco DiSpirito and Fabio Trabocchi.

It's a weekend of cross-country collaborations as we round up some of the nation's most talented chefs for previously unheard of culinary adventures!

  • Adam Perry Lang, the classically-trained chef turned barbecue maestro and owner of Los Angeles’ acclaimed and eponymous APL, teams up with South Florida favorite, Chef Norman Van Aken, for a coast-to-coast adventure at Three. They join forces for a culinary crossover Dinner part of The NYT Cooking Dinner Series complemented by wines from Mouton Cadet Reserve Collection.
  • Chef Justin Smillie leads a collaboration at his hotspot Upland, alongside James Beard Award-nominees Chef Tyler Anderson and Chef Bruce Kalman. This league of extraordinary gentlemen will serve up the best of the West and East Coasts paired with wines from Erath Winery at Dinner presented by Bank of America.
  • The Windy City brings a breeze to the beach! Multi-time James Beard Award-winning chef Paul Kahan is joined by Chef Jason Hammel, of Lula Cafe and Marisol, Chef Ryan Pfeiffer, Chef de Cuisine at Blackbird, and husband and wife duo David and Anna Posey, of Michelin-starred Elske’s in the West Loop. They convene with Chef Aaron Brooks at EDGE Steak & Bar by wines from Marqués de Riscal at Dinner hosted by Paul Kahan, Jason Hammel, Ryan Pfeiffer, David and Anna Posey & Aaron Brooks.
