Lee Brian Schrager, founder of the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, is proud to partner with the world-renowned team of physicians at the Miami Transplant Institute with an intimate dinner to celebrate the miracle of organ transplant.

Kicking off the 2024 Festival, Michelin two-starred chef Benjamin Six from Madame Reve Hotel in Paris will prepare an unforgettable contemporary French and Japanese-inspired dinner with wines exclusively provided by Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits and held at the SGWS Private Hospitality Center in the heart of Wynwood. 100 percent of all proceeds will benefit the Miami Transplant Institute at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
