Maneet, a James Beard Award-winning chef and Food Network star, is renowned for her bold use of Indian spices and flavors that have garnered her international acclaim. Meanwhile, Giorgio, a Miami native and culinary visionary, brings his eclectic and modern approach, seamlessly blending his local roots with global influences.
Together, they’ll curate a menu that beautifully marries Maneet’s vibrant, spice-rich dishes with Giorgio’s playful, inventive style. Expect an evening filled with delightful surprises, where traditional Indian ingredients meet contemporary Miami flair in deliciously unexpected ways. It’s a night brimming with creativity, bold flavors, and culinary artistry that promises to be a feast for the senses!

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
