Description

Join us for a culinary affair unlike any other. Tequila Casa Dragones, Gabriela Cámara, Randy Alonso and Chris Hudnall invite you to go on a journey of taste and experience a 5-course pairing menu that your palate soon won’t forget. Hailed by Time magazine as “one of the 100 most influential people in the world,” Gabriela Cámara is certainly no stranger to success. Her restaurant – the seafood-centric Contramar (in Mexico City) is one of the most beloved culinary destinations in the world. Cámara, a James Beard semifinalist and food policy activist was appointed by the Mexican government to its Council of Cultural Diplomacy, comprised of the country’s most distinguished cultural stewards. For this spirit-forward dinner, Cámara will take up residence at Lost Boy & Co.’s Mayfair Grill, the newly renovated Mayfair House Hotel & Garden’s lively restaurant inspired by North America’s Sonoran region (Arizona, Southern California and New Mexico). Lost Boy & Co. chefs Kurtis Jantz and Sean Bernal’s signature wood-fueled, open-fire fare will echo Cámara’s peerless penchant for the lush, lingering flavors of her native Mexico as they collectively create a menu complemented by all four Tequila Casa Dragones expressions. Featuring an inventively crafted Casa Dragones-based welcome cocktail from Lost Boy & Co. founders Randy Alonso and Chris Hudnall, this highly anticipated SOBEWFF® dinner is one for the record books, reflecting Cámara’s personal – and sometimes non-traditional – approach to Mexican cooking.
