Absolutely, Beyoncé got it right when she said, "Who runs the world? - Girls." And this event is a testament to the culinary talents of three remarkable and award-winning young female chefs. Get ready for a dinner experience that will leave a lasting impression.
Valerie Chang is a Peruvian cuisine sensation and the chef/owner of Maty's in Midtown Miami. Her culinary prowess and innovation in Peruvian cuisine are sure to take your taste buds on an incredible journey.
Isabel, affectionately known as Chabela, is a rising star in the culinary world. She hails from Mexico, where she learned the art of cooking from her grandmother. After moving to New York, she made a name for herself as a noted pastry chef. Currently, she's dazzling patrons with her pastry creations at Lutece in Washington, DC. Ana Castro is another chef making waves in the culinary scene. She was honored as the Best New Chef in 2022 by Food & Wine Magazine.
Ana Castro is the chef and owner of the highly acclaimed Lengua Madre in New Orleans, where she brings her culinary artistry to life.
How lucky are we to have these three female culinary powerhouses come together to host a special dinner party in Miami? It's a celebration of talent, innovation, and the art of cuisine. This dinner is bound to be an unforgettable gastronomic experience that showcases the brilliance of these three exceptional chefs.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
