7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Three powerhouse chefs joining forces for an authentic Indian dinner? We’re in! Chopped judge and Food Network fan favorite Maneet Chauhan, who is also the chef and owner of Nashville’s acclaimed Chauhan Ale & Masala House, will join forces with Food Network Star winner Aarti Sequeira and Vijayudu Veena, Executive Chef of Jaya at The Setai Miami Beach, to curate a menu featuring rich, resonant flavors and unexpected techniques that capture the essence of their native India. Aromatic spices and herbs will create a fantastically scented foundation for their vibrant dishes, balanced with exceptional wine pairings courtesy of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Hosted at SGWS Wynwood, Southern Glazer’s modern-industrial hospitality center located in the heart of Miami’s arts and culture district, this deliciously earthy feast of the senses will take you on a culinary journey to India -- one that feels both exotic and astonishingly, just like home.
