At this hands-on master class – equal parts education and entertainment – you’ll learn how to prepare the restaurant’s signature thin-crust pizzas, which are made with the finest farm-fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Mix, roll, sauce, top and bake your way to culinary nirvana as you take in the Lucali team’s all-important tips and tricks for serving up the perfect pie, complete with step-by-step instructions and a side or two of laughter and laid-back vibes. And the best part is, you’ll get to taste your cheesy, brick oven-baked achievements bite after shatteringly crisp bite. All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
