Join us to celebrate a decade of the casually chic Ocean Drive mainstay The Betsy - South Beach, one of the destination’s most iconic boutique properties. With restaurants spanning the globe, award-winning Chef Laurent Tourondel is best known in America where he has restaurants in New York, Miami and Charlotte. The French chef cut his teeth in the kitchens of Europe before making his way stateside to create his culinary empire and serves as The Betsy Hotel’s partner, property-wide. This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the partnership, during which Tourondel, who was named 2007 Restaurateur of the Year by Bon Appetít and 1997 Best New Chef by Food & Wine, created the hotel’s two stellar culinary concepts: LT Steak & Seafood and The Alley.

Tourondel will be joined in the kitchen by Juvia Chef Gregory Gourreau. These two masters of French cuisine have honed their cooking styles through extensive travels around the globe and will stun the palate with a custom-crafted menu rich in exotic and intrepid flavors. Guests can perfectly complement these striking culinary flavors with wines from the Gérard Bertrand wine portfolio, while basking in the luxurious atmosphere of LT Steak & Seafood in the historic The Betsy - South Beach.
