Cedric Vongerichten, a protégé who learned from the very best - his father, Jean-Georges, joins the ranks. The father-and-son duo has previously collaborated on multiple occasions, birthing successful restaurant concepts that have left their mark across the globe.
In February 2019, Cédric embarked on his solo journey, opening the doors to his inaugural venture - Wayan, a French-Indonesian restaurant located in the heart of New York. The restaurant has quickly risen to stardom, becoming a shining gem in the culinary constellation.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
