Description
The gleam of the ravishingly luxe Los Fuegos is sure to shine brighter than ever at this SOBEWFF® dinner, as the master of open-fire cooking himself – the incomparable Francis Mallmann – returns for an unforgettable evening showcasing his slow-cooked specialties at their very best. Unflinchingly honest and always presented with a sure-handed artist’s touch, Chef Mallmann’s food reveals both a mastery of time-honored techniques and a peerless instinct for bold, smoky flavors. For this exclusive Festival event, the passionate Patagonian grill master and “Chef’s Table” star will prepare a world-class menu that puts the beguiling mystique of fire at the forefront of his rustic dishes, accented by fine wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. It will all add up to an extraordinary evening that you’re bound to remember long after the final flames have been extinguished.
