Synonymous with elegance and superior quality, La Gorce Country club is a lush tropical oasis hidden away in the heart of Miami Beach. With a rich history that dates back to the golden era of the 1920’s, La Gorce Country Club welcomes two chefs from the ultra-chic Le Baudelaire restaurant inside Le Burgundy hotel in Paris and Laëtitia Rouabah, executive chef from Benoit New York, France to present a fine dining experience as decadent as its storied and illustrious legacy. Chef Rouabah has an extensive history working with Alain Ducasse, and is recognized for her respect of quintessential French bistro fare and adding a contemporary twist to the menu. Executive Chef Guillaume Goupil helms the Michelin-starred kitchen at Le Baudelaire, known for his keen attention to seasonal produce and reinventing classic dishes utilizing exceptional technique. He will be joined by Le Burgundy pastry Chef Pascal Hainigue, who is passionate about mixing the basics with a dash of modern reinterpretation at both the restaurant and the gourmet tea time tradition held in the atrium of the hotel. Together, this haute trio of talent will treat diners the the ultimate French dining experience in one of Miami Beach’s most iconic settings.
This exclusive Festival dinner will be paired with four vintages of the Cristal cuvée from Champagne Louis Roederer. Originally founded in 1776, Champagne Louis Roederer continues as one of the very rare Champagne houses to remain firmly in the hands of the same family, since 1832. For three centuries, six successive generations have been responsible for building a reputation for unparalleled quality and continuity. Their focus on meticulous viticulture accounts for the House's success and enduring excellence, spanning from their non-vintage Brut Premier to the highly-prized Cristal cuvée - first created in 1876 to satisfy the demanding tastes of Tsar Alexander II.
