Dinner presented by Neiman Marcus hosted by Tyler Florence and Michael Paley
Saturday, February 25
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
The magical place where the land meets the sea – that’s the essence of Klaw, the stunning surf and turf restaurant in Miami’s burgeoning Edgewater neighborhood led by Executive Chef Michael Paley. The Spanish Renaissance-style restaurant, which sits inside the exquisitely restored 95-year-old Miami Women’s Club, has been given the full treatment thanks to the team behind some of London’s most popular steakhouses and seafood restaurants, with an enviable menu that features fresh king crabs sourced from Norway and high-quality meats dry-aged in-house. For this SOBEWFF® dinner, Paley will join forces with the ever-wonderful Tyler Florence to curate a can’t-miss multi-course menu of epic proportions. The Food Network personality, cookbook author, and celebrated chef behind the San Francisco restaurants Wayfare Tavern and Miller & Lux will bring his earthy American sensibility – along with his keen eye and palate – to this intimate evening showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients at their finest. Join Paley and Florence as they share the stove for this exclusive event filled with swanky style, show-stopping dishes, and superb wine selections from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
