When SOBEWFF® Founder & Director Lee Brian Schrager met the Bishop family back in 2013 while touring the U.S. for his fried chicken cookbook, “Fried & True,” he knew they were on to something special. Then just a one-restaurant operation in Midtown Nashville, their “hot chicken” empire has now grown to include 10 locations across 5 different states – and the family shows no signs of stopping. Well get ready y’all because the Bishops, who are longtime SOBEWFF® supporters and participants, are packin’ up their recipe book to bring their hotter-than-hot platters of heaven to Miami for this buckle-loosening lunch! Whether you like your chicken with bones, without bones, hot or *damn* hot, this finger-lickin’ family-style lunch will have it all, complete with bountiful bowls of their signature Southern sides to round out the meal. So grab a few friends and make your way to SGWS Wynwood for this crispy, crunchy, saucy, and spicy lunch guaranteed to have the local fire department on high alert!
