Description
Turn up the flavor at Ghee Indian Kitchen, where Miami’s vibrant culinary scene meets bold, contemporary Indian cuisine. Renowned for redefining what modern Indian dining looks like in America, Ghee is celebrated for its farm-to-table philosophy, sourcing seasonal ingredients—many from Chef Niven Patel’s own farm—to create dishes that are as soulful as they are inventive. With its warm, stylish design and welcoming atmosphere, Ghee has become a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike.
On this special night, Chef Niven Patel, a James Beard Award nominee and four-time semifinalist named one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs and Esquire’s Chef of the Year, teams up with Chef Nina Compton, James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: South and chef-owner of the acclaimed Compère Lapin and Bywater American Bistro, recognized by CNN as one of the most influential women in food.
Together, these two culinary powerhouses bring unmatched talent and global perspective to an unforgettable evening at Ghee Indian Kitchen, where every plate celebrates tradition, innovation, and the vibrant spirit of Miami dining.
