Description
Prepare for a remarkable dining experience brought to you by a dynamic duo of culinary luminaries. On one side, we have Jose Garces, an Iron Chef, James Beard Award winner, entrepreneur, and pioneer in the world of food. With over 13 restaurants under his belt, including acclaimed establishments like Amada, Buena Onda, and Village Whiskey, Garces is renowned for his expertise in Spanish and Latin-American cuisine.
On the other side, meet Jonathan Sawyer, whose culinary journey began at The Biltmore Hotel in Miami and continued with mentorship from notable chefs like Charlie Palmer and Michael Symon. In Cleveland, Ohio, he has established a culinary empire, boasting hotspots like The Greenhouse Tavern, Noodlecat, Seesaw Pretzel Shoppe, and Sawyer’s Street Frites.
This collaborative feast promises to be a vibrant celebration of unexpected flavors, courtesy of two culinary powerhouses who bring their unique perspectives to the table.
