Mauro Colagreco, the culinary powerhouse behind the the World’s 50 Best and Mirazur, is coming to the Festival for the first time. The Italian-Argentine chef who has made France his home is revered for a style that defies categorization, preferring to focus on seasonal and fresh local ingredients and a natural style of cooking. In 2009, Colagreco became the first non-French chef to be awarded Chef of the Year by Gault Millau, and commands a global restaurant empire that includes Mirazur and Florie’s at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. Join us for a night of unlimited decadence curated by a true maestro of the craft, as Colagreco creates an original menu never tasted before at his home away from home. The marvelously crafted offerings will be paired with the top vintages of biodinamic wines from the Gérard Bertrand portfolio.
