Michelin-starred Chef Gabriel Kreuther is making his way to Miami for an unmissable Festival dinner showcasing the James Beard Award winner’s classic French training and Alsatian heritage that are on full display at his eponymous New York City restaurant. Kreuther’s refreshingly contemporary approach to fine dining has garnered him numerous accolades including selection as a member of the esteemed Relais & Châteaux and Les Grandes Tables du Monde associations. For this SOBEWFF® dinner, he’ll team up with one of South Florida’s finest – Chef Jeremy Ford – who garnered a well-deserved Michelin star for Stubborn Seed, his excellent South of Fifth mainstay. The James Beard semi-finalist, who earned his stripes as the Executive Chef of Matador Room, is also at the helm of The Butcher’s Club at PGA National Resort, the stylish steakhouse that emphasizes the “Top Chef” winner’s peerless precision. Taking place at SGWS Wynwood, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ state-of-the-art hospitality center, this sumptuous feast will unite these fellow Jean-Georges alums for an elegant evening full of beautifully balanced flavors.

All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
