Two of America’s most acclaimed names in Italian cuisine, Chef Michael White and Chef Piero Minnicucci join forces at Fisher Island Club for one special evening. James Beard Award-winning White is the driving force behind the Michelin-starred spots Marea and Ai Fiori in New York, amongst an array of other successful restaurants, and has been named of the 40 most influential New Yorkers under 40 by Crain’s New York Business. Minnicucci is the executive chef and creator of the haute cuisine served at the sophisticated Cipriani Downtown Miami. Together, these culinary powerhouses will join Fisher Island's own Chef Surelys Figueroa Negron to transform this special Festival dinner into an unforgettable tour of Italy, surrounded by the secluded bliss of Fisher Island Club. Each course will be perfectly paired with wines from Heitz Cellar, a winery that is synonymous with iconic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, crafting the famed Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet since 1966, and sought after by collectors for its classic, elegant, and age-worthy wines.
