Two of America’s most acclaimed names in Italian cuisine, Chef Michael White and Chef Piero Minnicucci join Executive Chef Stephane Caporal at Fisher Island Club for one special evening. James Beard Award-winning White is the driving force behind the Michelin-starred spots Marea and Ai Fiori in New York, amongst an array of other successful restaurants, and has been named of the 40 most influential New Yorkers under 40 by Crain’s New York Business. Minnicucci is the executive chef and creator of the haute cuisine served at the sophisticated Cipriani Downtown Miami. Together, this culinary trio will transform a dinner into an unforgettable tour of Italy, paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio and surrounded by the secluded bliss of Fisher Island Club.
