Description
Get ready to dive into the excitement as Pablo Zitzmann, Ralph Scamardella, and David Myers co-host the highly anticipated FIU Embrace Dinner at ADRIFT Mare, Hotel AKA Brickell! In partnership with the FIU Embrace Center for Advancing Inclusive Communities, their mission is to empower each differently abled person to live at their fullest potential, and the proceeds of which will fund a scholarship program that assists differently abled students on the university’s hospitality track in identifying and securing jobs in the local hospitality industry, and will also provide them with valuable real-world experience as volunteers of the event.
Leading this spirited evening are Pablo Zitzmann, known for his fusion of flavors at Zitz Sum, and Ralph Scamardella, acclaimed for freshness and seasonality in U.S. restaurants. Joining this dynamic duo is renowned chef David Myers, celebrated for his exceptional blend of food and travel experiences in L.A.'s food scene and the Michelin-starred Sona. Don't miss this memorable and uplifting celebration of these fantastic culinary talents, continuing SOBEWFF®’s commitment to embracing diversity, pushing the boundaries of the Festival’s mission – to EAT. DRINK. EDUCATE – in new and necessary ways.
