Description
Two cutting-edge chefs are set to take SOBEWFF® by storm with this immersive dinner that promises to broaden your boundaries and skyrocket your senses. Marvel at the power of molecular gastronomy as Juan-Manuel Barrientos invites you into his exceptionally creative Brickell restaurant, which received a coveted Michelin star, for a sensory experience unlike any other. For this innovative dinner, the flourishing Medellín-born founder and creator of the Elcielo restaurant chain is collaborating with another master of the avant-garde – the Michelin-starred chef Ryan Ratino of the playful and progressive Jônt and Bresca in Washington, D.C. Chef Ratino’s exquisite technique, which is rooted in France but has beautifully evolved into something far more distinctive, is the ideal match for Barrientos, who draws culinary inspiration from many Latin countries, including his ancestral Colombia. Elcielo’s chic decor and ravishing river views will set the scene for this culinary adventure that pushes the limits of what modern fine dining can be.
