The Windy City brings a breeze to the beach at this specially curated dinner! Multi-time James Beard Award-winning chef and cookbook author Paul Kahan is the legendary face of Chicago’s culinary scene, and diners have flocked to his acclaimed restaurants in the Windy City - including the Publican, Nico Osteria, Blackbird, Publican Quality Meats, and more - for more than two decades. He’s joined by Chef Jason Hammel, the force behind longstanding Lula Cafe in Logan Square and the newly opened Marisol inside the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chef Ryan Pfeiffer, the Chef de Cuisine at the helm of Chicago's Blackbird, and husband and wife duo David and Anna Posey, the power couple leading the charge at the Michelin-starred spot Elske’s in the West Loop. Together, these chefs will bring guests a taste of the best of Chicago to Chef Aaron Brooks’ delectable EDGE Steak & Bar during this unique Festival dinner in the Four Seasons Miami with pairings from the Marqués de Riscal portfolio.
