Celebrity Chef Chris Cosentino is best known for his nose-to-tail philosophy at his Cockscomb restaurant in San Francisco, CA. His culinary creations pay tribute to San Francisco’s fresh and native flavors, as well as his expert offal cookery and butchery. This year, he’s joining forces with Australian-born Executive Chef Aaron Brooks, of EDGE Steak & Bar at Four Seasons Miami. Passionate about his profession, Brooks finds culinary inspiration from each destination, offering a sense of place with his cuisine. Since opening the restaurant, he has immersed himself in the Miami culinary scene and its Latin culture, and will give guests the unique opportunity to experience Cosentino’s West Coast style within Miami’s bustling downtown neighborhood, accompanied by wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. Experience these two maestros’ culinary expertise in the modern and sophisticated ambiance of EDGE Steak & Bar, a modern cut of steakhouse in the Four Seasons Miami in the heart of Brickell.
To offer the safest experience and adhere to each restaurant’s unique seating capabilities, tickets will be sold in the specific table configurations listed at checkout. We cannot guarantee that multiple tables purchased for the same event will be located next to each other, but will do our best to accommodate this when venue floorplans allow for it.
