Cecchini, a Tuscan legend and eighth-generation butcher behind the renowned Antica Macelleria Cecchini, gained global acclaim through his starring role in Netflix’s *Chef’s Table*. Known for his bold, nose-to-tail philosophy and commitment to sustainable meat practices, Cecchini will bring his expert craft and captivating stories to the table.

Joining him is Nadia Caterina Munno, better known as The Pasta Queen, whose mastery of authentic Italian cuisine and charismatic storytelling have won over millions of fans. Completing the trio is Hinson Lau, a Miami culinary talent celebrated for his innovative approach and artistic flair. Together, they will create a dining experience that blends tradition, elegance, and creativity into every bite.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
