Get ready for a BBQ experience like no other, brought to you by accomplished BBQ aficionado, Chef Pat Martin. As founder of Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint and Hugh-Baby's BBQ & Burger Shop in Nashville, he's a true luminary in American barbecue. He proudly carries the torch of West Tennessee-style whole hog BBQ, a tradition deeply rooted in the heart of American BBQ culture. On the other side you have Claudio Lobina, who has the role of Executive Chef at The Patio at the Continuum luxury residences in Miami Beach—responsible for implementing a unique menu of flavors considered to be the most authentic in the region, encompassing the highest quality of ingredients from his home country.

While these two talented chefs come from different traditions, they share a common denominator: their passion for the art of barbecue. With their combined expertise and enthusiasm, this BBQ experience is bound to be unforgettable. So, get ready to savor the mouthwatering flavors that come from the meeting of two BBQ maestros.

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
