Get ready for a BBQ experience like no other, brought to you by two passionate and accomplished BBQ aficionados, Chef Pat Martin and Chef Trevor Moran. Chef Pat Martin, the founder of Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint and Hugh-Baby's BBQ & Burger Shop in Nashville, is a true luminary in American barbecue. He proudly carries the torch of West Tennessee-style whole hog BBQ, a tradition deeply rooted in the heart of American BBQ culture. On the other side, you have Chef Trevor Moran, the owner of the highly-rated Locust in Nashville, which opened its doors in the challenging year of the pandemic. It's indeed the "Year of the Locust," and Trevor's dedication to his craft has shone through. What makes this dinner special is the fusion of their unique backgrounds and culinary sensibilities. Lastly, they will be working alongside Claudio Lobina, who has the role of Executive Chef at The Patio at the Continuum luxury residences in Miami Beach—responsible for implementing a unique menu of flavors considered to be the most authentic in the region, encompassing the highest quality of ingredients from his home country.
While these three talented chefs come from different BBQ traditions, they share a common denominator: their passion for the art of barbecue. With their combined expertise and enthusiasm, this BBQ experience is bound to be unforgettable. So, get ready to savor the mouthwatering flavors that come from the meeting of three BBQ maestros
