Chef Kelly Fields is the highly celebrated chef/owner of Willa Jean in New Orleans, LA, where the James Beard Award-winning pastry chef combines down-home country fare with the vibrant influences of New Orleans to pay homage to the city. Iron Chef Traci Des Jardins is the two-time James Beard Award-winner at the helm of a San Francisco, CA restaurant empire that included the legendary, French-influenced Jardinière. From the Bay Area to the Big Easy, these two experts will unite alongside South Florida celebrity chef Richard Hales at his Bird & Bone in Miami Beach, for a down-home dining experience - paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio - that will show guests just why their names constantly top award lists!
