Description
Embark on a vibrant “Sparkling Tour de France”, traveling through three of the country’s most iconic sparkling regions: Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne.
This guided tasting brings together the elegant Crémants of Barton & Guestier and Patriarche, alongside the refined Champagnes of Maison Malard, offering guests a unique opportunity to explore the diversity and craftsmanship behind France’s finest sparkling wines.
Hosted by Omar Barbosa, two-times Best Sommelier of Mexico and former Best Sommelier of Bordeaux wine, and Charles Malard. This immersive seminar will delve into the terroirs, traditions, and winemaking techniques that shape each style. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of eight cuvées, comparing how regional influences, grape varieties, and production methods give life to distinct expressions of French bubbles.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
