Description
“Stunning.” That’s the word that best sums up the essence of this dinner, that promises an extraordinary culinary experience featuring a trio of renowned Italian chefs. Dario Cecchini, hailed as the "World's most iconic butcher" and the "God of Steak," is the illustrious owner of Solociccia, Tuscany's premier meat restaurant —a place where each visit promises a top-tier culinary adventure. With only 43 seats available, he crafts a unique menu each morning, ensuring that every day brings a fresh dining experience. He shares the spotlight with Stefano Secchi, chef and partner at the Michelin-Starred Rezdôra, nestled in New York City's Flatiron district, where he draws from his rich Sardinian heritage to craft exceptional Italian cuisine. To complete the trifecta, the two are set to collaborate with Nancy Silverton, an American culinary icon celebrated for her innovative Italian creations, she co-owns Pizzeria Mozza in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, along with Osteria Mozza, Mozza2Go, and chi SPACCA in Los Angeles. Silverton boasts a multitude of culinary accolades, including being the honored SOBEWFF® Tribute Dinner 2019 Honoree. If your palate longs for divine Italian fare, these three maestros will conjure your ideal dining experience into reality.
