Einat Admony, known as the "Queen of Modern Israeli Cuisine," will showcase her vibrant, flavorful creations alongside Ilan Hall, celebrated for his eclectic and adventurous dishes. Adding to the experience, Lior Lev Sercarz, a master spice blender, will bring his expertise in bold, aromatic spices, while Patrick Ochs, renowned for his inventive Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, rounds out this powerhouse team. Expect a dynamic menu that artfully blends Eastern Mediterranean traditions with contemporary techniques, set against the chic and lively backdrop of Byblos. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
