The mastermind behind Saba in New Orleans and Safta in Denver brings his talents back to South Beach. A James Beard Award-winner and cookbook author with many other accolades, Chef Alon Shaya epitomizes approachable and modern Israeli cuisine. Shaya is joined by fellow NOLA resident, Chef David Slater, who worked his way up the ladder at Emeril Lagasse’s restaurant group to Director of Culinary Development, Chef Dana Rodriguez of Work & Class in Denver, CO, a 2018 James Beard Awards semi-finalist and Byblos’ very own Chef Ben Heaton at the progressively designed Byblos Miami in the heart of the Shorecrest Building. All courses will be paired with a selection of wines from the Black Stallion Estate Winery portfolio.

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to tickets@sobewff.org.
