The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale invites diners to be their guests and experience an unparalleled culinary adventure. The South Florida celebrity Chef Paula DaSilva stands at the helm of the property’s Burlock Coast restaurant where she routinely crafts creative and thoughtful dishes inspired by the quiet elegance of the Ritz-Carlton. This year, DaSilva opens her kitchen to world-renowned chef, author, restaurateur, and TV personality, Cat Cora, who made TV history when she became the first-ever female Iron Chef on Food Network’s hit show Iron Chef America. Together, this powerhouse duo will prepare an imaginative menu replete with farm fresh dishes sourced from South Florida’s fresh and abundant flora and fauna. Perfectly complemented by wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio, DaSilva and Cora will expertly craft a rich and flavorful dinner experience to delight and inspire.
