The rumors are true! The event that kicked off the Festival two decades ago, and put us on the culinary map, is back! Our fan-favorite champagne BubbleQ® is back for one night only - to celebrate our 20th anniversary! This signature event seamlessly blends the down-home, mouthwatering world of barbecue with free-flowing Moët & Chandon - an original sponsor of the Festival - to create a satiating and sizzling combination guaranteed to thrill your palate! Founded in 1743, Moët & Chandon celebrates life's memorable moments with a range of unique champagnes for every occasion.
We’ve tapped Emmy Award-winning rockstar Chef Guy Fieri to host this party on the sands of South Beach. New York Times’ bestselling author Fieri is no stranger to hosting the Festival’s most iconic barbecue celebrations, previously serving as host in 2012, 2015 and 2019. With all that experience under his belt, he’s back on the beach alongside some of America’s most fearless pitmasters and grill maestros to form a collective of 20+ chefs roasting their most mouth-watering creations low and slow on the beach. A variety of beef, pork, poultry, seafood and more will get both classic and modern treatments from these talented chefs, who come from all around Florida to captivate taste buds.
Relive the best champagne BubbleQ® moments of years past at this incomparable event topped off by the elevated flair of Moët & Chandon. Trust us, crisp champagne and mouth watering bbq? This experience is even more delectable than it sounds!
Honoring our commitment to ensuring the health and safety of our staff, talent, attendees, sponsors, participants, and community, this event will be split into two sessions this year. Both sessions will have the same chefs, wine & spirits, and sponsors, but the capacity will be greatly reduced from that of previous years. Your ticket is valid only during the session you purchase, and will not grant you access to the other session.
EAT. DRINK. EDUCATE.
All proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
