World-renowned Chef Michael Mina is a regular at the Festival, with his concepts Bourbon Steak, Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina and Stripsteak Miami serving as go-to favorites for both South Florida locals and visitors alike. This year, Mina is joined by Hugo Ortega, cookbook author, 2017 James Beard Award-winner (Best Chef: Southwest) and chef/owner of four of Houston’s top restaurants: Backstreet Cafe, Hugo’s, Caracol and Xochi, known for their traditional Mexican cuisine. Join us as Mina opens up the doors to his always-packed Bourbon Steak at Turnberry Isle Miami - currently helmed by South Florida favorite executive chef Gabriel Fenton - to Ortega and offers Festival-goers a unique dining experience, paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio that encompasses both classic tricks and new treats for one night only.

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to tickets@sobewff.org.
