One of America’s leading culinary authorities, with coveted Michelin star recognition and multiple James Beard Awards, and chef/owner of a restaurant empire spanning the globe, Daniel Boulud is joined by Barbara Lynch, a 2017 TIME’s 100 List honoree, and West Coast barbecue maestro Adam Perry Lang for a one-of-a-kind dinner at his recently reopened Boulud Sud in Downtown Miami. Lynch, a James Beard Award-winning chef, cookbook author, and one of the most prominent female chefs in the world, brings her uniquely modern and quintessentially Boston dining to the Magic City. Perry Lang, the author and owner of Los Angeles’ acclaimed and eponymous APL, a personal favorite spot for the late-night show host Jimmy Kimmel, returns to his roots as a classically French-trained chef to cook alongside the legend in whose kitchen he was once trained. Together, Boulud, Lynch and Perry Lang will collaborate on a menu inspired by their reverence of French and Italian cuisine, marrying Boulud’s Mediterranean flavor combinations and Lynch’s surprisingly innovative modern American flavors with Perry Lang’s flare for open-fire, down-home BBQ. This is a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration that you surely can’t miss - all complemented by wines from the Chateau d'Esclans portfolio.
