Description
Worlds colliding! This one-night only dinner will be prepared by four chefs with shared history. Vinny Dotolo and Jon Shook, the iconic Los Angeles, CA duo behind Animal, Son of a Gun, Jon & Vinny’s Helen's and Petit Trois are making their mark on South Beach with a dinner as eccentric and electrifying as the duo themselves. Credited with launching and perpetuating LA’s restaurant renaissance, the James Beard Award-winning duo, defy categorization - their cooking style encompasses traditional European styles, vibrant Latin flavors and pan-Asian influences. Meyer and Giangrandi, whose meticulously conceived and newly minted Micheline-starred Italian-centric Boia De has consistently garnered raves from critics and consumers alike since it opened its doors in 2019 will team up with Shook and Dotolo to headline one of the hottest tickets in town this February. Together, these gifted chefs will take over SGWS Wynwood, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ state-of-the-art hospitality center, for an evening no passionate foodie should miss.
