Description
Gérard is the world’s leading certified biodynamic estate winemaker. He will lead a tasting of six of his greatest wines, covering the styles of rosé, white, and orange wine before three delicious, multidimensional red blends from three different estates. You will learn how the art of blending captures the essence of each estate and vintage, all encompassing the high quality and diversity of the finest vineyards in the South of France.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
