Celebrated chef, best-selling author, and Food Network’s snappiest dresser -- Geoffrey Zakarian -- is heading to Bal Harbour Shops for a fabulous fashion-forward luncheon co-hosted by his wife and President of Zakarian Hospitality, the ever-chic and sophisticated Margaret Zakarian. Bal Harbour Shops’ lush, palm tree-lined Center Courtyard will create the perfect runway for the couple’s stylish affair highlighting a ready-to-pair menu accessorized with elegant wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio and divine delicacies courtesy of Le Zoo restaurant. Don’t even think about being fashionably late to this dazzling daytime event, which will also feature refreshing cocktails and a fashion show presented by Balmain, the Parisian Fashion House founded in 1945 by Monsieur Pierre Balmain, well known in his day for dressing the top actresses and socialites of his era, Josephine Baker, Marlene Dietrich, Katherine Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, Sophia Loren and the Queen of Thailand. The Festival cannot guarantee accommodation of specific dietary requirements (including preferences and allergies) at this event. All proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.

All guests, talent, staff, students and working personnel at all event venues will be required to complete a digital health screening through SymCheck™. This includes attestation of either: a negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours prior to the event OR completed vaccination plus presentation of a cleared SymCheck™ QR Code. Anyone presenting symptoms on arrival will be denied entry.
