Enjoy a trendy dining experience full of modern flair and creativity as three James Beard Award semi-finalists, all chefs/owners of nominees for Best New Restaurant 2018, take the culinary stage at Area 31 in downtown Miami. Chef Diana Dávila of Mi Tocaya Antojeria in Chicago combines her fresh perspective on Mexican culture with Chef Kate Williams’, of Detroit’s Lady of the House, Irish-focused culinary expertise. They are joined by Chef Michael Gallina of St. Louis’ Vicia, one of Food & Wine’s ‘Best New Chefs’ of 2018, who brings his vegetable-forward cuisine to the table. Together, these up-and-coming chefs join Area 31's Executive Chef Alex Olivier, recognized for his use of exotic flavors, as they set the table for a culinary journey around the world that is sure to excite and delight your senses - all washed down with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
