Fellow “Chopped” judges and “Tournament of Champions” winners Maneet Chauhan and Tiffani Faison are two of the best chefs working today – period. Lucky for us, they’re teaming up for an enchanting Festival dinner that makes ample use of their versatile gifts. Chauhan, the chef/owner of Nashville’s acclaimed Chauhan Ale & Masala House, is best known to TV audiences for her long-running stint as a judge on “Chopped.” And while she is often celebrated for her transcendent Indian flavors, she’s opted for a different flavor profile here, one that complements the talents of the James Beard-nominated Faison, whose Big Heart Hospitality empire (which includes Sweet Cheeks Q, Fool’s Errand, and Orfano, among others) has taken the Boston dining scene by storm over the past decade. These two powerhouses will be joined by Sezer Deniz, Executive Chef of Area 31 at Kimpton EPIC Hotel, whose impressive career includes stints at the Michelin-starred Alinea in Chicago and JW Marriott in Ankara, Turkey. Featuring sparkling views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami River, it’s safe to say that at this dinner, everybody goes home a winner.
