Successful chef, restaurateur, author, beloved Food Network personality, and 2018 SOBEWFF® Tribute Dinner Honoree Bobby Flay and Executive Chef Tommaso De Simone of the world-renowned Lo Scoglio, and one of Flay’s favorite Amalfi Coast hotspots, join forces once more. Flay, a devotee of the bold and vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean, joins De Simone, who displays unfailing Southern Italian panache, and Amare Ristorante’s own Michelin-starred Chef Cosimo Cassano, whose culinary masterpieces draw inspiration from the charm and glamour of Southern Italy, to curate a menu that reflects the soul and vivacity of the Italian coast. Flay’s ever-evolving culinary panache includes his recently opened seafood-focused concept Shark at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, NV. His first original new restaurant concept in five years, Shark’s menu is influenced by ingredients from South America, Mexico and the Mediterranean and is the first of Flay’s vast empire to feature sushi and raw bar offerings. This fiercely talented trio comes together for a dinner mash-up you won’t want to miss surrounded by the southern Italian ambiance of the chic Amare Ristorante, expertly paired with a robust selection of wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
