Description
We’re celebrating 25 years of SOBEWFF®, and what better way to mark the milestone than with an evening dedicated to the timeless flavors of Italy!
Taste Italy like never before at this unforgettable night of Italian-inspired indulgence, hosted by Pasta Rummo and the dynamic Nadia Caterina Munno, aka @The_PastaQueen. With her contagious energy, authentic recipes, and passion for sharing the beauty of la dolce vita, Nadia — a two-time New York Times and international best-selling author — will set the tone for a walk-around tasting featuring a dozen all-star chefs eager to serve their Italian favorites.
She’ll also be signing copies of her beloved cookbooks, The Pasta Queen: A Just Gorgeous Cookbook and her newest hit, The Art of Italian Cooking, giving fans a chance to connect with her world of food, family, and culture. From bubbly baked pastas to decadent, reimagined classics perfect for al fresco dining, this feast for the senses unfolds under the stars at Jungle Plaza in the Miami Design District.
