Originally from Hong Kong, Chef Hing Fung Matt Chan brings over 30 years of culinary expertise rooted in Cantonese and regional Chinese cuisines. Since launching his career with a prestigious hospitality group in Hong Kong before relocating to the United States in 2009.
Since then, he has held Executive Chef roles at luxury Chinese restaurants, including CHINA EPCOT at Disney World.
