Description
When culinary star power meets Fort Lauderdale’s hottest Italian kitchen, you know it’s a dinner not to be missed.
Join us for an extraordinary evening as Chef Alex Guarnaschelli and Chef Anthony Vitolo unite for an exclusive dinner at Vitolo, one of Fort Lauderdale’s most buzzed-about Italian restaurants.
Alex Guarnaschelli, an Iron Chef, Food Network star, and bestselling cookbook author, has built an acclaimed career defined by bold flavors and technical mastery. With a résumé that includes hosting Supermarket Stakeout, judging Chopped, and training under legendary chefs Guy Savoy and Daniel Boulud after graduating from La Varenne in Burgundy, Guarnaschelli brings refined French technique and approachable creativity to every dish she touches.
Joining her is Anthony Vitolo, the celebrated executive chef and partner of Vitolo. Also the owner of one of New York City’s top Italian restaurants, Vitolo has earned a devoted following for his modern approach to Italian cuisine — blending family tradition, bold innovation, and a flair for hospitality that has made his name synonymous with elevated Italian dining. His Fort Lauderdale restaurant has quickly become a local favorite, praised for its vibrant atmosphere, soulful pastas, and coastal sophistication.
Together, these two culinary powerhouses will create a multi-course menu that marries Guarnaschelli’s global expertise with Vitolo’s Italian heritage — a one-night-only collaboration promising impeccable flavors, inspired storytelling, and a celebration of contemporary Italian excellence in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.
