Description
If you’re looking for a Saturday filled with smooth jazz and culinary brilliance, this is the brunch to be at. Experience an extraordinary fusion of sound and flavor at Delilah Miami — Brickell’s glamorous hotspot known for its nostalgic supper club ambiance, decadent décor, and world-class dining.
This exclusive brunch brings together two of Miami’s most dynamic culinary talents: Brad Kilgore and Mitchell Hesse. Kilgore, a James Beard Award nominee and Food & Wine “Best New Chef,” has long been celebrated for his inventive, art-driven approach that helped shape Miami’s modern dining scene. Hesse, the acclaimed chef behind some of the city’s most buzzed-about concepts, is known for crafting menus that balance refined technique with vibrant, approachable flavors. His work reflects a deep commitment to spotlighting local ingredients and delivering dishes that feel both soulful and modern.
Together, they’ll deliver a brunch designed to captivate every sense — with elevated dishes, signature cocktails, and the soulful rhythm of live jazz all coming together under Delilah’s gilded glow.
