Kilgore, a James Beard Award nominee and Food & Wine “Best New Chef”, has long been celebrated for his inventive, art-driven approach to cuisine that’s helped define Miami’s modern dining era. Teich, the visionary restaurateur behind Delilah Miami and co-founder of some of the city’s most sought-after hospitality experiences, is known for curating atmospheres where exceptional food meets unmatched style.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
