Description
Maneet Chauhan, the James Beard Award–winning chef, TV personality, and restaurateur behind Chauhan Ale & Masala House in Nashville, brings her vibrant, spice-driven Indian cuisine to the table. She’s joined by Lorena Garcia, the Venezuelan-born chef, author, and global TV star known for her bold Latin flavors and international influence. Michael Jenkins, a culinary innovator with a refined, technique-forward approach, adds another layer of artistry to the night. Rounding out the lineup is Sezer Deniz, Area 31’s own executive chef, whose coastal-inspired creations have made the restaurant a downtown Miami favorite.
High above the city at Area 31, guests will savor a menu that blends cultures, flavors, and flair into one unforgettable dining experience—proof that when great chefs come together, magic happens.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
