Pablo Zitzmann, 29, native from Bogota, Colombia, has been cooking for the past 10 years on Miami’s most acclaimed kitchens, from being a line cook at Senora Martinez, and Nobu to name a few, to the Edition Hotel working for 3 Michelin Star Chef Jean Georges Vongerighten as Sous Chef of 3 of his restaurants. Currently Pablo is the Executive Chef of No Name CHinese, a new spot in South Miami from the guys from Uvaggio Wine Bar, focused on Dim Sum and Modern Chinese Food with Pan Asian sensibilities.
