Chef Raceni Richards graduated in 2006 with an Associates of Science in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College, and is currently the Executive Chef at The Salty Donut. A strong advocate for taking intimate care of the way you live life, she invites her staff to adopt this attitude towards the way they work and in their personal lives. Her professional interests focus on inventing simple, yet intricate pastries, and her current projects include making plated desserts out of donuts. In addition, she serves as a part-time consultant for small businesses, and avidly searches for the next memorable evening out (eating, of course). She desperately wants to go on a world-food-tour.
