Nicole Desiree Valls was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Nicole is a third-generation businesswoman, following the footsteps of her father and grandfather into the family business. She is the Vice-President of Operations and Public Relations Director for Valls Group and Global Miami Joint Ventures, where she oversees all aspects of the company’s restaurant operations, which include the iconic Versailles Cuban Restaurant, La Carreta Cuban Restaurant chain, La Palma Restaurant, CasaCuba Restaurant, upscale Spanish Restaurant Casa Juancho and various concessions at Miami International Airport. In this role, Ms. Valls is responsible for handling day-to-day operations and new business development. Nicole is also the co-author of The Versailles Restaurant Cookbook.
