John StewartZuma Miami
Hailing from Lynnfield, Massachusetts, Chef John Stewart began his culinary career at Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island. After graduation, he began his professional career with Ritz Carlton Hotels in both Boston and Miami Beach, Florida. After 10 years with the company, he searched for other opportunities and later ended up at the prominent Fontainebleau Hotel where he opened Gotham Steak with Chef Alfred Portale. It was not until long before he decided to expand his resume and commenced the art of Japanese food where he found success with zuma in Miami. He later took his expertise to zuma New York as part of their opening team. After much time in New York, he packed up with his fiancé and two dachshunds in tow and has officially took up residency at zuma Miami as Head Chef.
