Known for his star turn on Bravo’s “Top Chef” Miami (2007), Chef Howard Kleinberg fires up the barbecue as Corporate Chef of Smokey Bones. A super-star on the smoker, Chef Howard has been featured in Bon Appetite’s “Top 10 New BBQ,” competed on season 4 of Destination America’s “BBQ Pitmasters” (2013) and held his own against some of the most elite masters of barbecue. Howard has been influenced by stints with renowned chefs, including Mark Militello, Michael Reidt and Alfred Portale. Smokey Bones is known for slow-smoked and fire-grilled favorites, and has won awards for Baby Back Ribs, giant Smoked Wings, and giant Burgers and has 66 corporate locations and growing.
