Chilean born Sebastian Fernandez has always been passionate about food. At 15, he started working with the best chefs in his country and at 25 he had his own restaurant in Chile. He was the executive chef for 14 years at Coral Reef Yacht Club in Coconut Grove before opening 33 Kitchen. In a few months of the opening, his restaurant was selected best new restaurant by the Miami Heraldand best peruvian by the Miami New Times.
