Felix Plasencia
Chef Felix Plasencia is Centurion Restaurant Group’s Culinary Director. With over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Felix began his career while attending culinary school in Sevilla, Spain where he learned the essentials behind Andalusian and Spanish cuisine.
Once Chef Felix moved to South Florida, he began working with Centurion Restaurant Group as a line cook, a role that allowed him to scale quickly and contribute to a thriving culinary scene in Miami.
Today, Chef Felix oversees Havana Harry’s, a Michelin-guide recipient in Miami, that specializes in authentic Cuban and Latin American Cuisine.
Chef Felix’s dynamic persona and charismatic personality transcends from the kitchen and onto his team, whom he proudly develops through immersive training. A life-long student of the culinary arts himself, Chef Felix is committed to developing dishes that possess simplicity, modernity and authenticity cohesively, while taking patrons through a delectable tasting with each culinary production. Chef Felix is of Cuban heritage and is a proud father who, over his free time, enjoys spending time with his family and trying different cuisines that may spark inspiration for his latest creation.
